Waterford linen is a medium/heavy weight linen. It is very soft for a 100% linen fabric and even compared to RK's essex which is not as soft.
It has a good weight at 7 oz and would be excellent for window treatments, fine linens, fuller skirts, pants and jackets.
While officially called white by Robert Kaufman this colour is ever so slightly off-white, just barely but it is not a pure white.

Great stuff. I order this material as a base for dyeing which will later be used for my embroidery artwork. The quality is just what I was looking for and it was delivered very quickly from Riverside Fabrics. I will return to this site for sure!
