So soft and stretchy

I made a pair of wide legged pants with this fabric and as soon as I finished them and I haven’t taken them off since! I prewashed this fabric, put it in the dryer for a few minutes to fluff it up and then hung it to dry. It was easy to sew and wonderful to wear. It super soft to the touch and incredibly stretchy. I’ve work them for off and on for about 5 weeks and they seem to be holding up well. The fabric is mostly opaque and would be nice to make top out of too. There is a touch of pilling, but that’s only because wear them so frequently and I haven’t met a 100% merino fabric that doesn’t pill. I won’t use a de-piller as I think the fabric is touch delicate and I’d be afraid to wear it down too much. The pilling isn’t obvious, as the colour is so deep and luxurious.
